Challenge

Formerly located in The Australian Technology Park, Redfern, CBA started running out of space to accommodate all its employees. They also had a large footprint of traditional and 2nd generation lockers and because of the overspill of lockers, the bank set out to optimize space and increase productivity and the user experience of its employees.

Solution

With Vecos’ smart locker management system, CBA successfully facilitated workplace flexibility, promoted freedom of movement and maximized office utilization. Employees can now self-assign themselves to any locker in any tenancy and hence, communicate and collaborate much easily. There was considerable space savings and CBA now requires 11% less lockers than the no. of employees.
